First I want to wish you a Happy New Year. I have only one question to ask you. I just bought your MIS tape and would like to know how many times per week should I workout with this video. Thank you for your time,caring and sharing!

Have this one too, you should alway's do strenth one day and give those muscles a break the next, so do cardio. Do MIS 1 day on, 1 day off or alternate with other strength video's.

I only do it 2x per week.

I find every other day too much for me. The best thing to do is experiment - start with twice a week for a few weeks and if you aren't getting the results you want then add another day per week. Never use the tape two consecutive days in a row. It's a great tape, enjoy!
