hi im new to the forum. i'm trying to get through a plateau. i started working out with lt wt one week with cardio 2 times a wk. the next week is my heavy wk with less reps with cardio. i can tell i have lost some body fat and 6lbs. im not one to weight. i knew my clothes fitted looser. i have tried to clean my diet. i eat 6 sm meals and never let myself become hungry. is it possible to loose body fat and keep it off?. i feel so much stronger.
