Happy Mother's Day yesterday and glad to hear of your successful progress!
I was wondering and hoping
if you could put together a workout program for me that includes your Hardcore series and running. I just have your Hardcore (and LOVE it by the way!) and enjoy running 2-3 times per week. I also take a yoga class once per week as well. I exercise pretty regularly, but have taken the past couple weeks off due to school finals (which I am so glad to be done with for the summer!) I am in pretty good shape and am looking to continue to improve on overall tone and physical condition. I am looking forward to the summer and getting back into my exercise routine and would love your advise and input! :7
