Good morning ladies....today is a 5 mile run and P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps plus AbRipperX.

Josie, I posted this over the weekend but not sure you were here to read it...I might not run the Malibu marathon but do our local one here instead which is on Jan 1st. I am more comfortable starting my 12 week marathon training with a base of 40-45 weekly miles. So far I am at 30 and working my way up SLOWLY...

Today I did Bootcamp - I love that workout and the time just flies by!

As far as my diet (and I don't mean diet in the short-term sense)goes, its back to clean eating this week since I ate "fair food" Friday night and had a birthday party yesterday. :9

Anyway, have a great workout everyone!

Had a really really bad run today. I struggled so much in the end I just walked home. And I already cut my planned run short at the beginning to a mere 6K because of the bad weather. Never walked home before:(

This must be run day for the masses. But some of you go further than me, that's for sure. I am running and doing some stability ball workout for abs. My own compilation.

No workout for me today. I'm a bit stiff from my weekend workouts and will be taking the day off. Carole, I'm sorry that you are not doing the Malibu Marathon, I was looking forward to meeting you.

Today I rowed for 20 min then did G&L -- my old time favorite. Tonight my son and I will have another cardio - movie watching session, I just love it.:)

This is going to be my 10th marathon. I did dance revolution with my daughter the other day for our cardio. She is 13.
 
Hi everybody,

I was a glutton today for exercise. I did Slow and Heavy Chest only, then did Kick, Punch and Crunch the whole thing, though I did do regular abs and planks not using the ball.:D I also worked out without my anti-inflammatory for my PF, I think it is beginning to cause problems too and it is the only one I can take that works. Pray I am not in pain come this afternoon or tonight.;( :p :)

My weight is up because we went out to eat yesterday after church and I ate things I shouldn't have so I guess that was motivation to workout hard today!!:D

Oh yea, whoever mentioned taking up running because I can do that in Las Vegas, well between my plantar facisitis (sp?) and the size of my chest I would be limping home with 2 black eyes!!LOL!!:+ :eek:

Thanks for the suggestion though.:D

I'm sorry too Josie, maybe next year! Its just that my friends kinda dropped out and I didn't want to go alone. We are going to try and qualify here and go to Boston in 2005! By the way...what is your marathon PR?

As for the fires, one should be fully contained by this afternoon and the other is still burning but it is farher away and mostly uninhabited areas so homes aren't in danger. Thanks for asking...:)...Carole
