Hi everyone....today will be PS floor legs (I didn't do that yesterday), and some abs. Then alternate Nordic Track and Step aerobics. Mari, the run went well. although I tripped twice and feel it in my right hamstring and glute today!....have fun......Carole
Carole, sorry about your accident, hope you're OK today.
I did 45 min cardio, bike, nordictrack and row. After that ME upper body and ME abs -- that still gets me every time. Oh, happy pain....
I did Kick, Punch and Crunch today. Hoping to not feel it in my heel later. Felt good to do the whole workout in its entirety:7 I had been doing just some shorter prmixes.
Thanks Mari and Annette....might have been better if I fell instead of catching myself! the workout felt good although when I was grocery shopping later my glute started to ache...nothing serious I'm sure. I hope your knee is better Mari and your heel Annette......Carole
