Good morning....had a great run yesterday! Today is PLB just the standing legwork and then Stepblast. If I have the energy I might even workout again in the afternoon!...enjoy your workouts...:)...Carole
 
I did TLP's Functional Strength and Power with Bonnie Geer leading. It was surprisingly difficult!! I also did the bicep and abs parts of S&H/Triceps&Biceps.

I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and 20 min. in the bike on the trainer. I am also down another 2.5 pounds so I am HAPPY!!! I am only 5.5 pounds away from my goal!!!:7 :D

Hello. Reading the workout(s) that people have done is motivating me! This is the first time I have seen this topic here. Does everyone just post the workout(s) they have done for the day?

Isn't this thread motivating? Yes, we just post our workouts here usually every day.
As for myself I had to cut it short this morning, 30 min cardio and PUB triceps. Maybe I'll also do something in the afternoon.
