Workout Manager not providing 60% weight? And Excel version of workouts?

Good evening,

I've filled in my 1RM testing for disk 3 and the workout card gives me the 1RM but not the actual weight I should do for each exercise. I've followed Cathe's tutorial while I did it. What have I missed?

Also, I don't like how the workout card looks--has anyone made Excel logs of each workout they can share, or tell me how to do it easily? When I copy and paste, the entire card pastes into one cell. I've tried pasting into Excel and Word, and either way I have a tedious time-consuming task to create a simple straight-forward workout log (the way I like them, in a font I like).

All help is greatly appreciated.

A 1RM test is not used for all exercises. In the column "% of 1RM" if you see an "NA" it means that a 1RM test is not required or will not provide an accurate result. We do not use a 1RM tests for exercises that use bands, bodyweight or utilize a rep pattern or a superset.

Are you saying then that the "1RM(lbs)" column is supposed to be 60% of the weight for each exercise I tested/entered? Because it has 64 lbs for the wide stance deadlifts, and there is no way I'm deadlifting two 64-lb dumbbells...? The weights in that column for disk 3 are too high for the reps (well, I could deadlift a bar at 64 lbs for 15 reps, but not 2 64-lb dumbbells....).

While I thought the Workout Manager would be fun to play with, I trust myself to choose the appropriate weight for the type of workout I'm taking on.

I'm not sure if I am understanding you correctly, but If you're going to compare dumbbells to a barbell as in your example you need to divide by 2. If the 1 RM calculator tells you that you should use a 64 lb barbell for a deadlift that would be equal to 2 thirty-two pound dumbbells, not 2 sixty four pound dumbbells.
