I've been on a hiatus from exercising due to pregnancy and laziness. I haven't had any sort of a routine since Sept '09 ..... but now thanks to the calendar function on workout manager I'm back on the wagon!!!
I love plugging in my completed workouts on the calendar. Seeing the little picture of the DVD on there just adds to my post workout glow.
Everyone has different motivations for exercise. Tracking my exercise on workout manager is by far my biggest motivation to exercise at this point. High five to Cathe and her team!!
