Workout Manager - do you like it?

hi all - I have a number of older Cathe dvds; and I also recently bought the shock cardio series. I was thinking about using Workout Manager to create and track a rotation (or download one of hers)...wondered - does anyone use it consistently and it is a good value for you? how is it helpful to you? many thanks! Kelly
 
Hi, I love the workout manager... I downloaded the STS Shock Cardio 3 1/2 months rotation in it and it takes all the guess work out of the equation. It's motivating because I am told what I should be doing and always manage to get it done so I don't fall behind. It's an excellent tool for me! (I'm actually using the Nutrition part of the manager too (bought it for a month to try it out and I think I will buy it for another three months after that). It's free anyway, give it a try, you probably will like it too!
 
Love the Workout Manager! I've been using it since it first was available and find it an extremely valuable tool. It's so easy to create and add rotations, and for STS all of the 1RM info is easy to edit. And now when I mark a workout done, it shows up on my FB, too! Definitely give it a try.
