Maybe I'm just dumb, lol...for the premixes, I'm assuming the floor core segment is "balanced core," the ball is "complete" and the ball/medicine ball is "tough?" Is that right?
No, those are the 3 premixes on the DVD. The 3 workouts are floor/no equip, stab ball, and med ball. Those opts aren't broken out on the WM for some reason
When I do Core Max, I just adjust the number of minutes to the time length that corresponds to routine 1, routine 2 or routine 3. Then I make a note on which routine I did.

Don't feel bad, I thought the same thing & only later found out it was for the premixes so I just adjust the time for each routine & type in the description in the notes section or description section. I haven't done one of the premixes yet.
