I have just recently started using the workout manager and want to make sure that I choose the correct activity level. Typically in a week I do a cathe weight training video 3 days a week and on those day sI also do 30 min to an hour cardio on the treadmill or 1 of her cardio dvd's. Burn anywhere from 600-900 calories. On the other 3 down days I will hike or mountain bike for about 2 hours (I live in AZ, so it is mountainous/hilly hiking and biking). So I work out 6 days a week and burn 600-900 calories a day. Any thought son what setting I should select?
