Workout log for week of November 30th

Hi there my fellow prego gems! Hope everyone's having fun. I've felt really good this week. I've had more energy than I"ve had in the past. I feel like I'm getting larger, but my measurements say I am not. I'm not eating as healthy as I'd like & I'm not eating as much either. I vow to eat at least 2 servings of fruit/veggie this week and to drink at least 1000ml's of water/day.

Newer ailments of pregnancy include: super hard kicks (I almost yelp b/c some are so painful) and constipation/hemorrhoid pain. The joys of pregnancy!!!

Cathe's DVD's are coming this week & I"m super excited. A couple of us have agreed to begin the week (Tuesday) with Timesaver's 1st workout. Join us--the more the merrrier!!! I'll probably try to do the entire Timesaver DVD next week. This will be a nice way to ease into Cathe's new vids.

Sun: CIA Cardio Parties Step + stability ball abs
Mon: off
Tues: CTX All Step + stability ball abs
Wed: 1.5 mile walk
Thurs: CTX Step & Intervals
Fri: FitFor2 step & stability ball abs
Sat: off

Howdy back to all you prego's!!! I just got one of those kicks, Melanie, feels like he's trying to kick his leg right out of my side. I think he wants to stretch out and be FREE, I know I'd like him to have that luxury about now. Actually I'm feeling really good and this was a good week. I am having LOTS of crampy type pain and back/tailbone pain which only irritates me because this seems to go on for a while before the actual event of childbirth, but it is getting earlier and earlier in the day. It began by just happening in the evening when I was tired. Maybe one day I'll HAVE this baby.

Mon - PLB warmup, Slow and Heavy Legs, PLB stability ball work.
Tues - Off
Wed - IMAX II and during some of the blasts I did Slow and Heavy chest work, shoulder work, and bicep curls.
Thurs - Rhythmic Step through the end of combo 1 and S&H Triceps
Fri - PLB with stability ball stuff at the end
Sat - PUB, not the ab stuff. Did abs on the stability ball (sit ups on the ball) No pikes for me, sorry!!

I seem to have had a pattern to have a really great, strong week and then a "sluffing off" type of a week, so this coming week would be my whimpy week.....BUT NOT SO...as Monday I shall wait at the end of our 2/3 mile drive until the dear UPS man arrives in that beautiful brown truck (the most beautiful truck in the entire world I might add) so as not to miss him!!! Hope it's nice out tomorrow. It's gonna be a FUN week guys!!

Hi girls! You guys are just doing so amazing!! How exciting, Briee, that your little bundle of joy is going to be here so soon!!!! This new series should bring him/her out for sure!!! I am so anxious for this afternoon, too!! It is just like Christmas!!! So tomorrow is the big day for Timesaver Vol. 1, right??
Anyway, here was my last week:
Sun: Off
Mon: C&W-cardio only
Tues: MIS-UB
Wed: CTX-Power Circuit cardio & legs
Th: Off
Fri: Firm-Super Body Sculpt (felt like a waste of a workout :( oh well)
Sat: C&W cardio

Keep me posted girls on whether we are sticking with the timesaver workouts! I am so ready to start these new DVD's!!!!! :7 :7 :7
 
Where is everybody? Ya'll aren't sitting around eating bon-bons all day, are you?!?
We need to see some more logs down here, especially from some of you girls in your 1st trimester!!!

Hi gals! Sorry I havent' been around lately.

I have been takin' on to other things like....
-Peeing 100 times a day
-Dreaming of my new baby!
-Paranoid to workout due to bedrest and early delivery last time....
-Bronchitis (I had it for 2 wks!)

I am just now getting over bronchitis! I was so sick for almost a month and it really got me out of the workout routine!

I finally worked out yesterday and man have I lost my strength! I couldn't believe it! Oh well....I know it will come back. I waddled my way thru the 1st 6 intervals of Imax2 and then did PUB with the UP portion only. I can just feel the flab building all over my body and I seriously can't wait to get it off!!!! I am going to start BFL approx 3-4 wks after delivery I think:)

Melanie & Brieeeee..... you MUST be getting sooooooooo excited! You are both getting so close!

Brie - I can't believe you are do in a matter of days!!!! You must be on pins and needles waiting!!!!!!!!!

Melanie - I am due 2/15/04 but my doc is only giving me until 37 wks. He thinks I'll be lucky to make it that far since I had pre-term labor, bedrest and delivered so early last time with such a big baby! Caleb was 6lb 9oz at 36 wks! He easily could have been close to 9lbs if I had of went full term! And I am only 5'3"! uggghhh! So....who knows.... maybe our dates will be close as 37 wks for me would be exactly 1/25/04!

What are your workout plans for after baby???????

Do you guys have your nursery ready???
