Workout log for week of December 7th

Cathlete
Hi ladies! This week went by quickly. It's always harder around the holidays to keep up with workouts. I was inspired my Cathe's new DVD's. Have been feeling real good. My stomach is rock hard & I can feel baby moving around much of the time. I can feel body parts--but still have no idea what body part it actually is.

Today I bought some baby things & things I'll need after baby's born. Finally bought a baby bouncer, newborn diapers, baby bath soap, baby wipes, nursing pads, maxi-pads, and even preparation H pads (they were a life saver with first pregnancy).

My 9 year-old is offically out of his room (the baby's future room) so we can begin to make progress in the baby's room. Probably will lay carpet right after Christmas. My friend is giving me her crib & we're picking it up on the 21st. My nestling instincts are strong as ever!!!!

Enough of that, here's my log:
Sun: off
Mon: off
Tues: Timesaver #1
Wed: Timesaver #2
Thurs: Timesaver #3
Fri: off
Sat: Timesaver #5

Really enjoyed Timesaver workouts. I will probably stick with them for the next week. I'll begin workouts with #4-- I miss kickboxing!!! Have a great week ladies!

Hi prego's, I may just have another week or two to check in with you, we'll see. I would like to hear from hdh to see how she is doing and if she has any signs yet????? You out there hdh??? I haven't lost any mucous yet and I usually do that a few days prior to birth (like 5 or so), so I'm thinking it could be a few days still, which is fine with me. I'm thinking Sunday might be a nice day to have a baby :7 :7 :7 . Turning over at night is uncomfortable now....I feel like my intestines are being smashed when I roll from left to right side. Other than that I can't complain.

I have been getting sharp stabbing pains (feels like in my bladder) when I have to go to the bathroom and babies head or arm or something seems to stick into that area. Don't you wish you could really see what is going on in there? Still getting all kinds of contractions and back pain.....but nothing happens. My uterus should be in great shape by now!!!

Had the house full of working men today so I made them coffee and cookies and decided to make the best of it :D :D :D . The house is tracked from top to bottom with workboot prints....thought of you Melanie...this would probably make you crazy!! But, hopefully it will be done tomorrow or the next day.

Oh yes I'm rambling...you probably know the workout from the other thread:
Mon-I don't think I did anything
Tues - Timesaver#1
Wed - Timesaver#2
Thurs - felt yucko.....did nothing
Friday - Push/pull BB
Saturday - Timesaver #5
Sun - rest

Melanie....I want to hear what you think of the Timesaver#4. Kick box is REALLY core work. It was very hard for me to do this as my uterus was in a constant contraction and it felt like the baby was going deeper and deeper into my pelvis with every bob and weave/torso twist. Seems I could do kickbox/tae bo about 2 months ago, but I'm not going to be doing any more of this until post baby. I do much better with slow, methodical moves right now. Sorry....this got really long!!

Hi girls! You guys are doing so awesome!!! Briee, I can't believe that you are doing kickboxing so close to delivery! My abs were not happy with me at all!!! Melanie, keep us posted on whether or not you liked it!! Anyway, here was my week:
Sun: BodyMax-UB
Tues: CTX-All step (cardio only)
Wed: TS #1
Th: TS #2
Fri: TS #3
Sat: TS #4

I enjoyed the TS workouts, but I was anxious to try some of the others too!! Next week I am going to try to mix it up with the other new DVD's. Briee - I hope that you will check in periodically after you have your little peanut! You will be missed! I don't know what I will do once Melanie has the baby!!! I hope that more girls check in consistently so I am not a loner!! ;-) Have a great week girls!!!

Had to check in at my favorite forum before I began TS#4 today. I've been super dooper sore lately. I've even had trouble sleeping b/c I can't get comfortable. I suppose it's all part of being pregnant.

Sara, I too hope others join in on their workout logs. At one point we had about 7 or so ladies checking in. I'm not sure what happened...

You two are amazing. Briee, so close to delivery and still doing Cathe. Sara, you work out so consistently and so powerfully! YOu have to remind me again...how far along are you? I long for 6 day/week exercising cycles again. That and my favorite blue jeans (or anything with a zipper in them).

Okay, off to do TS #4. LOVE to work core!!!

Melanie - I am only 20 weeks (half way done) or 5 months, I guess. You are so close to being done! I know that it gets really uncomfortable, but I think that you are doing absolutely amazing!!! Hang in there! Your little bundle will be here in no time!!!!!

Sara, you are doing AMAZING!!! 20 weeks was tough, you must be in awesome shape.
I enjoyed TS#4 today. I modified a little--didn't jump around as much. It went by quickly. Got my HR up, but I didn't sweat that much. Still feel good about it though. I really liked the hammer punches. I've never done those before.
Thought I'd sent ya'll a quick update!!!
