Hey gang! Hope everyone is doing well & hope you all had a marvelous Christmas. It's hard to believe it's over already--I just took down my Christmas tree & stuff.
This week went well considering all the holiday reckus. I think I've gained a couple of pounds. I am definitely lots more swollen than I have been. I haven't been able to workout as much do to the swelling. On Christmas day I looked at my feet & they seemed like alien feet to me. They were at least twice as big as they normally are & they were really red too. So I've been trying to spend as much time as I can sitting down with my feet up. This is super hard to do when your baby's due in less than 4 weeks & you don't even have their room done yet!!!! I did get the crib together though! Today/tomorrow we'll try to finish painting & shampoo the carpet.
I was only able to workout twice this week. With all the swelling, I didn't want to push myself. Besides, my feet/legs hurt quite a bit when they're that swollen. Wha Wha Wha. I know I sound like a crybaby! I have tended to have much more crying bursts lately. When I put the baby's bumper pads & comforter on the bed I started crying b/c I was so happy I'm going to have a baby & I love him so much already! The other day I had a little bit of milk/colostrum dripping from my left nipple-- again I cried b/c I'm REALLY going to have a baby. So silly (emotional). Anyways...
