It's a rest day for me, but tomorrow it will be an 8 mile run and PLB after and on Sunday I will be doing 12-14 miles.
 
Today was PS - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. It didn't give me that nice burn I was hoping for. It was the first time I've done it so I will just have to up the weights next time.
