Good morning ladies...today is P90X Legs & Back and a 4 mile run.

Ruth, I did like Pilates as I usually do Yoga on Thurs it was a nice change and well worth $10. Also a nice warm-up for my run as I was doing speedwork..

I have posted for this day before see you have done the same.As I have written in my message I have a problem with my left food and i can do aerobic during;I hope,1 week.:( I can do only weight training but I have wonderful workouts to do: ME, PS, upper body CTx, power hour(I did it yesterday and Hoow my biceps were crying after,etc.I hope someone do the gaulet for me. Enjoy the weekend.:) :)
 
Today I did the SJP Step and Weights Circuits Premix (46 min) and added the UB part from Body Max (34 min).

I love making my own workouts with the DVDs.
 
Hi all, I did the Cardio Conditioning premix off of KCP then did chest from Step and Intervals(my foot was hurting from yesterday's All Step so I didn't think stepping again today was a good idea) then I did abs off of Leaner Legs.:)

Weight is still waaaaaay up, I am gasy and crampy again but not bloated this time around. The lactaid helps some but the cramping and gas are back and I can't figure out why. Pray I figure out what is going on with my body, I am really not enjoying getting older,sigh!!:( :-(

Hey Everybody!!! Today I pulled out IMAX and Step and Intervals, I figured I'd do the first 1/2 IMAX and cardio from SI. Well..., what is it about Cathe that pulls you in? I ended up doing all of IMAX except the last blast so as penance I did the cardio only from HSTA, well HELLO ENDORPHINS!!! I had such a good workout and have earned a good (healthy) lunch!!!:)

Annette- didn't you have trouble with your stomach before? I got the impression you were feeling better. Take care of yourself:)

Laurie - I did the HSTA cardio only and oh my gosh - it was a killer!
Yesterday I did the whole thing and today I am feeling the burn in my triceps. Leg presses aren't my favorite so I have avoided that workout for a while but yesterday I really enjoyed it. I guess leg presses aren't that bad - I need them as I am finally getting some shape in my flat derriere-Thanks Cathe!.;-)

Hey stayfit, I hope your foot is just sore from dancing at the Luis Miguel concert;-) Hope you feel better soon - Just think how buff you'll be doing all that weight training:)

Well, today I did StepBlast. I am really starting to enjoy that workout- I was really looking forward to it this morning.

Wish me luck - I have a hair appointment tomorrow at a new salon for a cut and highlights - My hair is about shoulder length and is layered and straight and I am SO ready for something different. So, hopefully whoever does my hair is a miracle worker because thats what I need.:)

Wendy, yes I was having stomach problems before and I thought I had it under control. But obviously something is amiss again and I can't quite put my finger on it. Carole just gave me a heads up on a different lactose intolerant enzyme that I would only take once a day which would prove better than carrying lactaid around with me all the time. It may all still be related to the lactose intolerance I have developed or it could be something totally different and unrelated. I am sending for a free sample of the stuff Carole recommeded.
