Workout for a newbie ???

I need a workout from Cathe for a beginner/intermediate. I saw her on fit tv and love the high step routine she did. ( I watched only ) didn't have the high step and wanted to see the routine first. Anyway, I want to tone and strengthen mainly but I don't want to bulk. My niece just started instructing a power pump class and thats what I want. I heard Cathe is the one to look for for this. Can anyone help me out as to where to begin there are so many tapes of her's and I don't want anything too advanced. I like the high step because the butt and legs are my first priority but I do want an upper body workout too. Any reccomendations???:7

If you do not want anything advanced. I would try the High Step Circuit for Beg/Int and the Basic step/Body Fusion workouts. Her Power Hour workout would be similar to the power pump class you mentioned. If you used light weights and maybe no weights for parts of the leg portion Power Hour would be a good choice too. I am sure you will get lots of suggestions.
