1. Definitely more step! I love Cathe-style step!!
2. I've noticed a lot of people on here say they aren't really into step, so I think maybe more hi/lo floor work would be in order.
3. More kickboxing! Maybe something similar to Kick, Punch, and Crunch, with maybe a 20-30 minute optional heavy bag workout at the end.
