Workout Card Question

Hi Cathe,

I have a quick question regarding the workout cards. I have been printing my cards and later in the day inputting the actual weight that I used when the suggested one on the workout card is either too light or too heavy. What I'm wondering is if these amounts will go into the calculations for my weight amounts on the next workout card. Do you see what I mean? For example, today I did disc 6. I hadn't originally put in a 1rm for alternating 40 degree front lunges but found today that 12 lbs worked well. I went to the calendar and clicked on the disc 6 workout to edit this workout. At this point I entered 12 into that exercise as my target weight. Now, when I do disc 9 will the workout manager take into account my 12 lbs. or will it still leave that exercise blank?

I hope I've asked my question clearly enough.

Thanks so much!!!

Steph

1RM calculator

No, when you enter the actual weight you lifted or the reps you did for a specific date it only changes that "specific" record. If you find your 1RM is incorrect, just change the results in the 1RM calculator to give you a more accurate number. Once you do this all future workouts will be changed.
