Workout Card: Meso 1 Disc 3 Error

I apologize in advance if this has been stated. The WorkoutCard for Meso 1 Disc 3 lists Wall Squats Double Leg (body weight) with a 60% 1RM, but the dvd shows using dumbbells.

Also, the Sequential Lunge Into Front Kick Combo also lists 60% of 1RM, but does not appear in WM to take a 1RM test.
On disc 4, the WorkoutCard calls for 65% of 1 RM of Seated Lateral Raise Both ARms High Ends (dumbbell), but does not appear in the WM as an exercise to test for. I guess I'm confused why the WorkoutCard doesn't list NA in the last column if you can't test for it.

Can you please explain the discrepancies to me.

That is just an error on the page. You don't need to do a 1RM test for these exercises. It has now been corrected.

Drat. Now I have to format my card again and reprint it. But thanks for pointing it out and having it corrected.

I am getting so much information from everyone about different things to look for and do concerning these first week's workouts. Thanks to everyone!
 
exercise listed as "body weight" but uses db on DVD
