Workout Bra for Nursing Mom

Hello everyone - hope those of you that have already delivered are feeling great! (And all you Mom's to be as well!)
I am nursing my 7 month old daughter, Isabella. My question is this: Does anyone have a suggestion for a good workout bra that is supportive - I never had much of a problem before, if you know what I mean. But now that I'm nursing, yikes! I did Kickbox Xpress the other day, and let me say it was not pleasant!!
I don't mean that I want a nursing sports bra - just what brands can I wear that are good for doing high intensity?

I definitely depends on what size you are. I have been wearing a style by Champion for about 10 years. I have not purchased any other sports bras since I found this style.

Your best bet is to check out Title 9 sports. They give excellent descriptions of several bras and tell you what size they are recommended for and the support rating.

Most of the bras they carry are fairly expensive and obviously since you are nursing you will require a larger size now than you will when you quit nursing.

Title 9 does have a website and I believe it is title9sports.com You can also check out roadrunnersports.com They have a good selection also.

I cheated

I have a champion high impact sports bra in my new size and I've been wearing one of my regular size over it just for aerobics...granted I didn't have a HUGE change (36B to 38C or so)but this has really worked for me. I have also discovered that wearing sports bras as nursing bras are very comfortable!
