Hi, everyone. I just bought a great workout & exercise Journal. It is called the BodyMinder by MemoryMinder Journal. I bought it through Amazon.com. It is really nice.

The daily section give is two pages, and it gives you room to log your cardio workouts. It has a strength training section, with 15 lines down and boxes across to log your reps/weight for 4 sets. Another area for other exercises (walking, yoga, swimming, etc), and half a page for your Dietary notes (breafast, lunch, dinner, snacks and sections where you can log, calories, fat, protein, and carb. It also has a water check off box, and an area for vitamins and supplements. It also has pages for weekly exercise plans and a weekly tracking diary where you can put in all your measurements and goals.
