workout 3/1 Monday

Good Day everyone! After looking at Seabush's favorite generic rotations over at the Rotations forum, I've decided to do the "Lower Body Blast Rotation." (The previous 3 weeks were a 3 day split with PS series and L&G.)

So for my DAY 1 (total body day plus cardio) I chose Circuit Max. Later this afternoon will be a tennis match for me.

What is everyone else up to?

PS Looking over Seabush's generic rotation post gave me some great ideas for mixing and matching workouts.
 
I have to agree that her generic rotation is great...if only my darned printer would be nice and work for me I could print it up. It is something I would like to have to reference through when I'm stuck on what to do.
As for rotations well I'm doing a week from the December rotation that Cathe posted , then I'm gonna try a week out from Melanie from this post here:

Then a week from January rotation and so on :), not much of a real plan but at least I'll be working my body.

This week I'll be doing week 1 from Dec so it was SJP today
 
Good morning everyone,

It is total body and cardio day for me too, but I did ME. It is my long time favorite and it gets me every time. Ah, those isolation presses! One day I will hold all 24 counts.:) Today I had to have a break after 8 then I hold for the rest. And I also don't think I'll raise the bb for the biceps either... I'm pooped, ready for a nice breakfast!

Still doing only weights so I did workouts off of Slow and Heavy for Back, Biceps and Abs. Felt good, I have lost a pound and half doing just weights. My chest is still sore from Saturday:-( . Go back to the doctor for my foot on Friday!! Hopefully will be able to pay for orthotics so I can put my cardio back in soon!:)
 
Thanks for starting today! I did PLB minus the floor work, that will be tomorrow. Then some cardio, 40 minutes of Nordic track and Stepworks alternating 8 minutes of each. I will probably do another workout this afternoon. KPC and I need to do some chest work..missed it yesterday. I haven't done any rotations yet, seem to do my own thing..:)..good luck with yours Judy...Carole
 
This is week two of my three week rotation featuring the Slow & Heavy series, and I did S&H/Chest&Back today, using two 20# dumbells for both sets of flyes and bench presses!! I also used that amount of weight for the dead rows. I used two 25# dumbells for the dead lifts, and one 20# weight for the pullovers. This is an increase for most exercises over what I was able to do only 8 days ago! I really love this series!!

Tomorrow I won't workout since I have to work tonight (I work 12 hour nights), but Wednesday will be S&H/Legs and Shoulders.

Can't wait for the warm, dry weather when I can walk outside in the evenings again on my nights off!!

The weather today was beautiful...I ran 5.4 miles...woo hoo! It felt so great to be outside!
