workout 2 times per day

i wanted to know if any of you workout 2 times per day such as cardio in the am and weights in the pm? i'm playing with this idea but i don't know if i would be able to fit a second workout in so i was wondering how those of you that do this make sure you get it done. thanks
 
i do but i do cardio or weights in the morning(whatever in on the rotation)then i do yoga or pilates in the evening. i aim for 3-4 days a week with evening yoga then on my rest days i do a more restorative yoga to keep stretched out.

This is how I work out. I need the AM cardio for energy to power through my day, and do not have the strength for weights though.

So I "clear the calendar" around 5-6:30pm (my window of opportunity) in the evening and do my weight workout.

The expceptions are on the weekends.I take one rest day and do another more circuit type workout--DM comes to mind.

Yesterday however, I did PlyoX and had worked every body part already last week, (I am sooo sore) so I did the X in the AM and rested in the evening.:) Hope this helps.
 
I workout 2 times a day on the weekends. I do upper body in the mornings and cardio in the afternoons. During the week I workout out only once a day for a hour. I usually take off Tuesday or Thursday.
 
Yup. I work out mostly on weekends. So I do 45 mins. of cardio at the gym, then come home and do a strength training workout. That way, I get in about 4 workouts per week without having to do anything during the week. I wouldn't recommend it, but for me, it's the only way because I work such long hours.

ETA: I don't mind doing the 2 workouts per day; what I don't recommend is going for 5 days without working out, as I'm usually really dragging my tail by Friday.
 
Yes, I workout twice per day, mostly on weekends when I have more time doing Cardio and Legs on Sat and Cardio and Upper Body on Sundays. Occassionally, through out the week, I may do two workouts, i.e. a CTX Cardio and Muscle Max or another day I do an Imax Mish Mosh that can run over an hour.. I take one day per week off, usually Fridays.
 
I do it sometimes. Usually I work out in the morning either cardio or weights. If its a weight day I usually will slip in a 30 minute or so cardio in at night. If its a cardio day, I'll get my abs in at night. I'm off on Fri. Sat and Sunday so I'll usually do a double workout on Fri. and Sat. Sundays are my rest day.
 
Sometimes when I just feel like working out again I work out twice a day. Because I workout very early in the morning (0445) sometimes I want that feeling. Usually, it's cardio in the morning and weights at night. Only thing is, if I work out really hard at night and am really sore, I may not give it my all the next morning.

On the weekends, I don't workout twice a day but I do two workouts. For example, this morning I did Step Fit them MIS. I like to do that when I have the time.

I wish I had the energy (and time) every day to do two workouts! I feel so good after.
