WORKOUT 06/27 Sunday

G' Afternoon everyone!

I did Bootcamp this morning--I'm starting a BC/HSTA-only rotation today, so we'll see where it takes me!:)

I was just getting ready to post this!!! I did a 10.6 mile run with friends. I think I am a bit tired from the P90x Doubles this week...:)...so I might do some stretching later..or just lay in the sun...:)...enjoy the day...Carole

I'm off to do a double set of Push Pull, followed by 30 minutes or so of cardio. (My husband left early this morning for Japan. Believe it or not, I've never been home alone for a full Sunday (and I've been married for 15 years!), so I thought I'd spend my free time with a nice long workout). I've never done Push Pull before, so we'll see how it goes.

Shelbygirl....Push-Pull is great fun! I usually exercise a bit more when my Hubby is gone too, which is not very often...enjoy your workout....:)...Carole

Carole,

You were so right. Push Pull is great fun! I did the premix that had you doing everything twice and it was a lot harder than I thought it would be (which is a good thing!). I had planned to do some cardio afterwards, but my legs were too "twitchy" to follow through. I was very pleasantly surprised by this workout. So many people have posted that it was too easy. Maybe I'm just a wimp!!:) I was able to use the weight that Cathe did for upper body, but I usually have to go lower for lower body. I have to admit that I didn't even try those push-up-on-the-high-step-with-your-butt-in-the-air things. I was afraid that with my husband out of town, if I injured myself, there would be no one to call 911!! :p

Take Care,
Shelbygirl

Now you do Cathe.....that makes you not a WIMP!!! Doing everything twice in Push-Pull is a tough workout. You should keep the phone close to you while you workout...:)...just in case....:)...Carole
