Hi Cathe,
I just wanted to thank you for making all the wonderful
weight/cardio tapes. Since I have started using your tapes
I have new found enthusiam for wanting to acheive a nice body.
I never knew who to turn to for advice on weight lifting and never felt comfortable to ask the guys in the gym. But thanks
to you and the links you have provided on your site I am able
to begin a program that I would like to make life long. I wish
I had known about your videos when I was 20 lbs lighter. But I
intend to work like the dickens. I have saw a nice improvement
with my physique already. However I have just one question that I hope you will answer. I cannot seem to work my biceps with the barbell (crazy 8) with the weight I have on it,i.e 20lbs ttl + the weight of the bar which is probably btwn 7-10 lbs,However
if I lighten the weight it's doing nothing for me, My biceps
are surrounded with fat not the head but the sides up under around any advice on how to build these? They're not soft to the touch just barlely firm? Cathe I really value your opinion,please advise!
