Working out with weights

I was wondering how to schedule my workouts with weights. I do cardio 5 days a week and work out with weights 6 days a week. Which muscles to I workout together and how many times a week. For example I have Cathe's video's Chest/Back, Legs/Shoulders, Triceps/Biceps, Legs/Glutes. I'm still building muscle and haven't quite reached the weight used on most Cathe's video's but I'm getting there.
