Working out - while sick - while pregnant?

Hey guys, what are your opinions here?
I've been able to workout 4 days/week for my entire pregnancy so far. (I'm 18 weeks)

But yesterday, I felt a cold coming on and felt run down, so I didn't work out.
Today, I'm about the same. I'm inclined to rest. But if I weren't pregnant, I would push through it, because I feel it helps me get better faster.

I feel like I could knock out some time on the treadmill today. But I don't want to get any worse than I am.

Thoughts? Or has anyone experienced this?
 
oh i feel for you. i am really bad about taking a rest day at all, and i hate being sick. i wold say, though, to trust your body. if yu really feel run down, givew it a break. if yu feel like exercise may be a pick me up, why not try some gentle walking on the treadmill? glad your pregnancy is going so well. i think if you have been steady with your workouts, even if you take off a week, you will be able to get back into it.

I think you're right. I'm going to take today off to and get back to it tomorrow.
I've already got 2 days in this week, so I can still do tomorrow and Friday and get my 4 days.

Better safe than sorry!
