Does anyone else have a problem working out on Sunday or the weekend in general? Ideally, I would like to take only one rest day during the week. Lately, I have been taking off on Thursday and I really like that because I can sleep in that day and I know the weekend is close.
Here's the problem. I can't get myself to workout on Sunday. What is the deal? I do fine on Saturday and really look forward to doing my "long" run that morning. I just can't motivate myself to get moving on Sunday morning. Then I get involved in other stuff and don't workout and eat kind of badly. I really feel like if I did workout on Sunday that I would eat much better and be more productive. Why isn't this enough motivation?
Does this happen to anyone else? Do you know of any mind games I can play with myself to get my butt in gear
