Cathe:
I've often noticed that you recommend workout schedules consisting of about 5 or 6 60-minute sessions per week. Judging from your amazing, well-defined, fat-free body, I always presumed you were working out WAY more than that. In discussing this subject w/other Cathe fans at my gym, they all mentioned that the QUALITY of workouts is significantly more important than the actual quantity. I'm really quite confused. I thought working out long and hard was the key to burning fat...although two-hour sessions 6 days a week (lots of running, bodymax, MIS, interval max ) doesn't seem to be propelling me toward ultimate fitness. It does leave me exhausted.
Since everyone I know admires your physique in your most recent videos, would you mind sharing the workout schedule that helped you achieve that level of fitness. Did it really happen in only 5 or 6 hours per week? Did you cut calories tremendously?
Thank you so much.
