good evening all
dad came home from the hopstial for a few days. he had the "brain drain" as he calls it, for his brain clot. they found melnoma on his shoulder but they think this is a "caught it early" case and nothing is concerning them there. they are doing another biospy on friday. they fear the lump on his neck is not thyriod but in fact lymphoma. scary yes, but he seems too be doing fine.
the only thing upsetting him, and everybody in this family, is my brother. my parents don't make alot of money and my brother lives with them. since they ALL moved down back in June my brother has been out twice to look for a job. here we are getting ready to go into the new year and he just sits on his arse watching movies all day, while my mother is worried something is going to happen to dad and she is also wondering how she is going to catch up the bills.
how is my dad suppose to relax while he is feeling guilty about things not getting paid? i offered to take her to social services and get temporary relief(she gets another form of assitance so she already has a case worker) until we hear more on dad's condition. anyway ranting and raving here when i should be thankful dad could come home. just aggrivating how i sit there and cry b/c i worry about mom and my brother has like no feeling of the situation. his lazy arse better get a job soon.
i just though of his xmas presents,a stack of job applications half filled out. all he needs to do is write in social security number and past job history.
thank you for letting me get THAT off my chest.
