It has been awhile since I posted anything, probably nothing since my daughter was born at the end of August! But now that I have been back working out with my wonderful Cathe videos, new and old, I thought I jump back into the forum thing. I just wanted to say how awesome I feel today and that I hope others are out there feeling the same way! If not, tomorrow is a new day, happy Wednesday to all!

Welcome back! I'm not feeling "wonderful" yet today.... because i'm at work and it's sorta snowy/rainy and cold. But, I have Muscle Max on the schedule for tonight and I know I'll fell great after that!!
