Won A Step...I'm Ready!

Hi All! I won a used step on eBay today for $20 (Plus $21 for shipping) and I can't wait for it to get here so I can get going on the step routines in Cathe's workouts! It's just not the same trying to do it on the floor without a step.

Now, if I can only find a place to put it when not in use. hmmm....

Hey Shirley--I've been waiting to see you post--my tree is down & I can once again see my TV, are you ready to try KPC?

Yes, I am ready to try KPC. I was going to try Imax 2 yesterday but after watching it the night before, I changed my mind. There is a lot of footwork and stepping involved. I'll try that once my step arrives. So, I did Supersets instead.
Let me know what day you plan to do KPC and I'll do it on the same day.

Even with a LOT of stress in my life right now, I'm still trying to fit in my workouts because I know it will help me feel better. (And help me not to go on an emotional eating binge.)

5 trees! OMG! Girl I can hardly fit myself & my 2 dogs in my house--things were very crowded w/the tree LOL.

Shirley, I'm gonna try KPC tomorrow. I've heard such good things about it--I can't wait!

And you're right--working out is definite stress relief. Not to mention the mind/body/soul thing--it's something you do for you & only you, it's something that improves almost every dimension of your life. Exercise & my dogs have gotten me through some very tough moments!
 
Ok, tomorrow it is. You're on! I'll probably have to take breaks throughout the thing but I'll let you know. I plan to do Muscle Endurance today although that should have been done earlier. I sure hope I make it through that.

Oh, and I'm wondering....should I concentrate on lower body mainly since I need to lose most weight there OR do the August
rotation and hope it all works out and I end up losing where I need to? Remember; I'm still new to Cathe.
