Are the exercises that use 21 reps used for other rep quantities? My problem is I am always guessing at the 21s weight. I wish they would just assign it a lower % of the 1rm like say 45% on a 21. At least that way you have a starting point. Or make it a stand alone exercise like "Barbel Curls 21s" that way you could assign it a lower 1rm and the weight could be selected. I love STS and the thing I love about it the most it that it takes the guesswork out of weight selection.... But on the 21s I lose that benefit. Anyone figured a way around this. SNM is there a way to assign a lower % to these or make them a standalone exercise?
