I am going to attempt to do Keith Weber's Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Work out in full today. I've had the dvd for quite some time now and as of yet have been too chicken to try and do it all at once but today is the day....If you don't hear back from me by dinner time it's because I'm passed out in a puddle on the floor! :D
 
Good luck! I did the 4DS KB/BC cardio combo yesterday, which is a work out that totally intimidated me, and it went really well! So, I know you'll do great! Keep us posted.

Ok I did it and....

I'm still alive to talk about it. That's a good thing! :D

I used a 15 pound bell through out. I did the first 2 TKU's with my 10 pounder but it didn't seem like enough of a challenge so I went back up to 15. It was sure a challenge by the end. YEOWZERS.

The weight I chose was light for some exercises but perfect for others. Over all, by the end I felt like I got an awesome work out. I would love to work up to being able to use my 20# bell through out. Perhaps next time I'll insert the 20# where I think I can handle it and stick with the 15 for the rest. I'll get there some day... :)
