Wish List

1. Old fashioned step workout, no intervals or circuits, just steady state cardio.

2. Slow & Heavy II (Please please please!)

3. A TOUGH rebounder workout.

4. Treadmill or Spin workout...preferably both!

5. A 2-workout strength "series"...upper body & lower body.

Wish List, in order of desire,
Ruth
:) :) :)

Another vote for Slow & Heavy II and a complex step workout along the lines of Rhythmic Step.

Marcy

I would love a step w/o that is only step, and also a long one. If anyone gets tired, they can quit, no big deal.

Slow and Heavy II, YES! YES! YES!

Did you know that there is a fantastic "Cathe Treadmill" rotation. Look in search and type in treadmill and you will get it. It's a great one.

I also would love a rebounder. That would be so cool.

Oh, I would love a 2-workout strength series for upper and lower body.

There is no order here,:D just want them all.

The idea is to die young as late as possible.

I'd love to see all of these (especially the rebounder workout!)

1. 4-day split series Cathe proposed awhile back - the 4 cardio segments consisting of:
INTENSE hi/lo
INTENSE kickboxing
INTENSE high step
INTENSE step workout consisting of 5 intervals (like half of an Imax)

2. The proposed boxing series Cathe mentioned before.

3. Slow and Heavy 2 using negative counts.

4. KP&C II

5. Boot Camp II - kind of like a Drill Max, High Step Training Advanced, High Step Challenge Fusion.

6. Two workouts on one DVD workout consisting of an upper body/hi-lo circuit workout, and a lower body/step circuit workout, and then premixes combining the weight work from each and the cardio from each.

I wanted to add:

1. Continued trend of longer warm ups (love ‘em!)
2. Continued trend of bonus footage (PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!)
3. Continued trend of EXCELLENT premixes!!
4. Another steady state step workout similar to Step Blast or Rhythmic Step with a challenge segment stringing together all the finished combos, as well as a bonus intensity segment or, perhaps, a bonus hi/lo segment.
5. Core Max II

I like this idea, too.

I agree here, too!
(SNM, now that you've spoiled us with these on the recent series, you just can't go back and NOT have them in future workouts! ;-) )

And I'd add to 2/3: making sure that the premixes (except for those specifically designed as 'add-ons') contain full workouts, INCLUDING a cooldown).
