Winsor Pilates

Hello..........just wondering if any of you have ever tried Winsor Pilates? If so, what did you think of it? I am out of shape and have much to lose, so do you think this would benefit me?

I think Winsor Pilates is great for an add on to any workout routine.

Danielle: Thanks so much for responding with this info. It's great to hear because I ended up orderng it earlier!! I'm home sick so I'm watching way too much t.v. and informercials!! HAHAHA! Thanks again........glad I didn't waste my money!!
