winsor pilates

Has anyone ever tried the Winsor pilates? and is it any good?
I would like to get a pilates video but am not sure where to go.

Liza, go the the video fitness reader's forum (videofitness.com), and look under challenges. We have started a pilates challenge there and if you refer to the last few weeks of messages you will find lots of good suggestions for pilates videos. I just got the winsor series and I like them very much.
