thanks for all the info in these posts. I was thinking about getting that vid as well. $14.95 is a great price and in a couple weeks I can order it.......I'm excited because I really need to lose that pouch or at least get it down a little. its hard for me to find workouts to make those abs of mine sore- so i can't wait!!!

Sounds great guys! I did my 20-min. Winsor pilates workout once and then I discovered the ab routine at the end of Muscle Endurance and forgot all about the Winsor stuff. My abs ached for days after doing the ME routine and I can really feel it working, so I'm content with that for now.

I love the ab routine in ME and I love to put the ab routine in BC its full 8 min together on the premix at times. Yet I am getting results by using the Maximum Pilates as well. There just doesn't seem to be enough time to do all these workouts that are SOOOO good!;-)

I was so proud to finally be able to do the teasers. Yea!!! :jumpy
