Have anyone bought Jillians book yet? I was wondering if it was any good. I am thinking of getting it since I like her on The Biggest Loser. I cannot wait for that to start tonight!

I have this book! It is a lot like Burn the fat feed the muscle. I can't wait to try her workouts

Ok..........WARNING.........this book is sooo dumb. I mean, not a thing any of us (ok, most of us) don't arlready know. I'm gettin' a refund!!

I have to agree with Janice. I don't have the book but I've seen her workout videos and they are not as good as I expected from her.

There is nothing in there that we don't know already...:-(
