Hi Joanna!
I will give this a shot for you! I have all my Cathe workouts on DVD and have never seen them on Fit Tv so I don't know what you're missing from each workout you've listed. If you had these on DVD, I could write one up for you fairly quickly. You could try alternating one day of pure cardio with one day of a circuit workout. Circuits help me lean down quite a bit since they chew up so many calories by challenging your cardiovascular and muscular endurance at the same time. . . and they are so much fun! So you could try this for a few weeks:
Monday: KPC
Tuesday: Boot Camp
Wednesday: Low Max
Thursday: SJP
Friday: Basic Step - so you start getting the hang of Cathe's step choreography
Saturday: IMAX 2
Sunday Rest
I don't know how many days a week you work out so you can factor in another day of rest. I'm fairly new to Cathe so my goal with my current rotation is to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance and train my body to commit to exercise 6 days a week; I also need to take off quite a bit of weight ;-) My rotation right now consists of doing 2 full total body workouts per week which are Maximum Intensity Strength and Muscle Endurance, but I split them up in halves so I am getting my cardio and weights on the same day. This is merely a personal preference because I lift better when my muscles are thoroughly warmed up with some cardio. I am slicing and dicing cardio sections of Cathe's workouts and making my own 45-50 mins cardio sessions, like doing the cardio conditioning section of KPC and finishing off with Boot Camp's Kickbox only premix. You can also try doing what I am doing right now if the above rotation doesn't sound good to you.
Sunday: Run
Monday: Cathe Cardio + ME Upper Body Split
Tuesday: Cathe Cardio + ME Lower Body Split
Wednesday: Cardio only: IMAX 2
Thursday: Cathe Cardio + MIS Upper Body
Friday: Cathe Cardio + MIS Lower Body
Saturday: REST
I see that you don't have MIS so you could split up the upper and lower body sections of Supersets or Push & Pull. I go as heavy as I can with all my weighted workouts - it makes a HUGE difference. When this rotation ends in another 3 weeks, I will do a 2-3 week rotation just alternating cardio and circuits like the one I wrote for you - just to shock my body.
So sorry to write such a long post but I hope it helps
Faiza-
