I was wondering if you would be able to give some times for the different workouts segments, i.e., Boot Camp has 22 min. of drills followed by 10 min. of shoulder work (I can't remember what all is on each dvd, I am just listing an example.) I know you're very busy, but I just wanted to ask this question. BTW, I just saw the blog today, & everything looks great! Have fun filming the rest of the workouts!
