Will this routine help me get the results I want

Cathlete
Since the new year I have lost 10 lbs. I am VERY happy. I am now in a size 4 which I havent worn in 2 years. I have had 2 children in less than 2 years and i'm in a smaller size than i was before kids and 2 lbs. away from my pre-pregnancy weight

I have been doing 3 days of full body lifting dvd's. The FIRM and some of Cathe's too like Bootcamp and Muscle Endurance.

Like I said, i've dropped 10 lbs. and the inches came off with them

But now that we are getting very close to summer wordrobe time, I need to refocus

I have LOTS of flab especially on my back, lovehandles, stomach, thighs. which of course comes from giving birth to 2 kids in 2 years

I am 30 years old, 5'0 and medium built. I have a body of an athlete and not made to have one of those petite frames. I look like a soccer player

I am thinking of changing up my lifting and doing 2 days of Pyramids Upper body and 1 day of Legs and Glutes(i like it better than Pyramids lower body) and 2 HIIT and 1 steady state cardio workout

do you think this will help me get the results I want. to tone up all this flab?

should i lift more and do less cardio

my diet is clean. if I do eat anything processed its things like Ezekiel bread, organic cereal or granola. thats it! otherwise its protein, fruits, veggies, nuts, oils, dairy, oatmeal and brown rice.

so not sure which way to go

My answer? YES! Sounds like I'm built like you....I've DEFINITELY got the athletic build too...bulky legs and all! LOL

CONSISTANCY! Stay consistant and TRUE to your program, EAT CLEAN....and you WILL get the results. Be sure to track your progress, and NOT JUST WITH THE SCALE! Take your measurements and even before/after pictures! There are LOTS of ways to measure progress!

But....

YES.......is my short answer!
