Will the replacement DVDs be labelled differently?

No, the replacement DVD’s will not be marked differently. The only way to be sure that you're purchasing a good and legal copy of any of our DVD’s is to purchase directly from us or one of our authorized distributors.We have several distributors that sell on Ebay. You can save money sometimes by purchasing on EBay, but you always run the risk of purchasing either a defective or illegally copied DVD and rewarding a thief. In fact nearly half of all the Cathe DVD’s sold on EBAY are illegal copies of our product that are massed produced usually in China or overseas. This has become a huge problem not only for us, but for legitimate distributors of ours that sell our products on EBay and elsewhere.

In order not to get ripped off from other sources, can you tell us who your distributors are that sell on Ebay?

I'm sorry to hear that there will be no way to distinguish the new DVDs. Several members of fitness forums have already exchanged their DVDs with other members, not realizing they were defective, nor that replacements were forthcoming.
I realize that there are many bootleggers on eBay. I'm careful who I buy from there. But now I won't even be able to trust that my trusted sellers have the improved copies, since there's no way to tell unless played.
And on the flip side, I can only hope that I will forever be able to use my DVDs, because if I choose to sell them down the line, their quality will always be questioned.
