Will the DVDs be chaptered?

Yee Haw! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Some one had asked about being able to skip the information about exercise physiology and the reply made me think that perhaps they would not be chaptered.

We really don’t have anything on the STS DVD’s about exercise physiology except for the animated graphics, so there really isn’t anything like this to skip. Perhaps they’re referring to rest breaks and the animated graphics, but we strongly recommend not skipping any rest breaks in the STS program. The animated graphics are only shown during a few breaks and are shown for only a few seconds at a time. Out of over 41 hours of footage the animated graphics account for only about 1 minute of the total footage.

Yes, I was referring to the animated graphics which I am really looking forward to -- how a given exercise hits a certain muscle head. I thought that was part of the science of exercise physiology. Sorry, I wasn't very clear.

Yes, we will have the animated graphics and I think you will really like them. To make these we actually filmed Cathe doing the exercises mainly in the dark with just enough light accenting certain areas on her body. Artist and medical illustrators then graphically add the muscles, ligaments and bones stripping away the outer skin to give you a view of Cathe doing the exercise where you can see what goes on inside. I don’t think anyone will find this boring or will want to skip a section like this. Again, these are quick animations that will appear for only a few seconds and only during some breaks.

Sounds fantastic. I've always wondered, especially on the shoulder and back exercises, just exactly what muscle is being impacted.
