Hello everyone,
I would love to see more of Rhonda in the weight training workouts (she has been in the cardio workouts for the IS BB series and I didn't buy any).
I think Rhonda's body is fabulous and it has changed dramatically over the series. She looked her best in the BB series (saw it briefly in the L&G/PP DVD). I definitely find her inspiring.
I would like to see a new crew also. The present crew are great but I would like to see a mixture of strength and fitness - in the older workouts you can see the crew using a mixture of weights.. I think having the same people for every workout is makes it too familiar. I liked Cathe's older tapes where she has a different crew for each workout, so you can the different body types/ages of people who do Cathe's tapes.
