Hi Cathe,
Will the Legs and Glutes workout be more endurance based like Leaner Legs or closer to the Pure Strength weight and rep range?
Since Push & Pull and Super Sets also have leg work I was wondering if those focused more on higher weight and lower reps and Legs and glutes was focused on TOTALLY wearing the legs out-Shaking knees and tears kind of thing!(Leg endurance workouts are Tough!!)
