Why is nothing working?!

I think cheat days are really a misnomer. In the long run, if your goal is to lose weight and gain a more healthy body composition, then who are you really cheating when you make and eat poor food choices?

thats for all the advice guys. I'm really gonna have to just watch my calories more closely and hope they are in the exact range they should be. I may try calorie cycling too..
