Why is it that women have to make comments?

Not every woman is jealous and insecure. If you receive multiple comments from multiple people than there may be an appropriateness issue.

BUT most women in my office are forever checking out other women and criticizing because they are insecure in their own bodies. They never workout and they are envious of other peoples bodies but are unwilling to do the work.

You have to decide what is happening in your situation
