I've gone through several periods while waiting for my BB DVD's. At first, I was pretty patient, because I had a lot going on in November, and would have had the time or interest to start a new routine. When the videos came out, I was still patient. Then about three weeks later, I began to get a bit antsy, but I still told myself to be patient, and found other workouts (I've got 100 workouts, so that was a no=brainer!)to do.
It's been fine so far...just little moments of impatience, especially when I hear about the workouts I most want (KPC and the weight workouts). But now , the VERY DAY when my workouts are scheduled to arrive, I can stannit!!! I want to skip my oral interviews (well, I'd want to do that anyway, since by the time I get to the third person in a row, I'm ready to stop!), cancel my afternoon class, and go home to get my workouts. But UPS delivery is erratic. Most of the time, I think I'm at the end of their list for the day: my packages usually arrive around 5 or 5:30...but I unfondly recall that when I was waiting for the Intensity series, it didn't get here until around 6! Lately, the UPS delivery has been earlier, though, and my packages are usually waiting for me when I get home. Hope this is one of those days!
I plan to do either KPC or legs and glutes (maybe even with no weights the first time around, just to see how effective the workout would be with no added resistance).
(twiddling thumbs, chewing nails, tapping fingers, shaking foot....)
